1. No Refunds and Returns

All purchases made through our website are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any products or workshops once payment has been completed. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

2. Workshop Bookings

We understand that plans may change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate schedule adjustments where possible.

• Each workshop booking is entitled to one complimentary date change, subject to availability.

• Any subsequent changes will incur a S$50 rescheduling fee per request.

• Requests for date changes must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled workshop.

• Failure to attend the workshop without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
